Payment Policies
All payments, including co-insurance, copayment, and deductible payments, are due at time of service. For rental of equipment, we require a credit card on file to bill if/when a rental period is extended or equipment is overdue. To accommodate as many of our patients as possible, we accept a variety of different payment options.

In addition to cash and checks we also accept the following forms of payment:
We can also potentially bill a number of insurances including, but not limited to, Medicare, Tufts Direct, Tufts Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Benefits, Harvard Pilgrim, Commonwealth Care Alliance, and Tricare. We are out of Network with Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, and Humana. If you have a PPO plan there is a possibility of us billing an item for you. In order to bill insurance we need a prescription, though, even with a prescription, your insurance may not cover your equipment.
